Prestige Furniture and Appliance is truly an Ottawa success story. Ernest Lacroix first opened Prestige Furniture and Appliance on Youville Drive in Orleans in 1976. Thirty years and four expansions later, Prestige has become Ottawa's largest furniture and appliance showroom, carrying an extensive range of products, from high end to low end and everything between. In 1986 Denis Lacroix took over the company from his father, becoming the second generation of the Lacroix family to run the business.

Recently we made a service appointment to have the handle on our KitchenAid Fridge fixed. The appointment was scheduled for warly in the morning (between 7 and 8) and I was surprised that the repairman would come this early (although it was very convenient for us!).
The service technician arrived early, and was extremely professional and courteous. He fixed the problem right away and I was extremely impressed. He is to be commended for his outstanding attitude and customer service.

I spoke with you a couple of weeks ago about a problem I had with the delivery of an AP Elevation armoire from Bedroom Interiors.
Even though we had not ordered the set through Prestige Furniture, you were extraordinarily pleasant and helpful in identifying solutions to our problem.
You provided the phone number for Rick, a very professional and experienced mover with whom you often work. As you know, I called Rick, who immediately came over and moved the piece, completely resolving our problem!
