In 1986 Denis Lacroix took over the company from his father, becoming the second generation of the Lacroix family to run the business. Good morning Luc, I was just called by Home Appliance who have advised that the warranty claim is now in order and they are processing the parts order.

I want to thank you for going the extra mile to help a customer whose purchase was 6 years ago, saving us $1300, or the price of a new machine.
